Set time, date, and place for a protest hearing for Property Abatement Fines and Penalties for Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 7:00 PM for Property Abatement Costs and Penalties. APN #0182-163-13-0000.
DISCUSSION:
Pursuant to Barstow Municipal Code Section 6.30.130, staff is requesting the Council set a time, date and place for hearing any objections or protests on one Property Abatement account. The required notices are being sent to the delinquent property owner. APN# 0182-163-13-0000 FISCAL IMPACT:
None.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt Resolution ____-2026, setting the date and time for a protest hearing for Property Abatement Costs and Penalties for July 21, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers, and waive the full reading for APN# 0182-163-13-0000.
