EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Conduct a protest hearing for the property owner who has been notified regarding an assessment for certain unpaid nuisance abatement fees for APN #0182-163-13-0000 DISCUSSION:
At the meeting on July 7, 2026, the City Council set July 21, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. as the date and time for a hearing regarding the report of unpaid nuisance abatement fees for APN# 0182-163-13-0000.
The hearing is for a property owner who has been notified by letter regarding an assessment for certain unpaid nuisance abatement fees.
Records are updated as payments are received from property owners. Delinquent amounts are reflected as of July 16, 2026.
The Abatement Costs are as follows:
Public Works Department - Labor/Equipment $2,389.07
Legal Fees $5,062.50
Finance Dept Admin Fees $ 75.00
Total Due $7,526.57
