PRESENTATION OF PROCLAMATION TO JOANNE V. COUSINO
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
A proclamation will be presented to JoAnne V. Cousino recognizing her for outstanding service to the City of Barstow.
DISCUSSION:
The City of Barstow is pleased to recognize JoAnne V. Cousino for her longstanding support of and commitment to the Barstow community.
Throughout the years, Ms. Cousino has generously contributed her time, experience, and leadership to numerous community organizations and initiatives. Her continued dedication has made a meaningful and positive impact on Barstow and its residents.
In appreciation of her exceptional community support and service, the City Council will present a proclamation to Ms. Cousino.
