0 San Bernardino County Assessor Parcel No. 0183-181-29-0000 City personnel entered the above-referenced property on May 18, and 21, 2026 (between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.) pursuant to an Abatement Warrant that Judge Jessica L. Morgan of the San Bernardino County Superior Court (Victorville District) issued on May 13, 2026, and Orders Amending the Abatement Warrant that Judge Steven J. Singley issued on May 21, 2026, and completed the following nuisance abatement actions for your apartment building:
• Painted 54 inch thick plywood barriers were installed for broken/defective/damaged/missing windows and/or doors to secure Apartments A, B, C, and D from unauthorized entries and screens doors of Apartments A, C, and D, and two laundry rooms were bolted to their frames to secure them from unauthorized entries.
The city’s abatement costs total $12,001.14 (see accounting in the attached Appendix to this letter. You are required to tender this sum in full to the city within thirty (30) calendar days ofthe date of service of this statement unless the City Clerk’s Office (located at 220 East Mountain View St. Suite A, Barstow, CA 923 1 1) receives your written request for contesting this statement within ten (10) calendar days its service. The written request shall include the following information:
1 . Name, address, telephone number and signature of each responsible party who is contesting the Statement of Abatement costs.
2. Address and description of the real property upon which the City abated a public nuisance.
3. Date of the statement of abatement costs being appeal ed/contested.
