PURPOSE STATEMENT
Under the general direction of the City Manager, performs a temporary, limitedduration special project requiring specialized executive-level experience in municipal government within one or more of the areas of public safety, public works, or parks and recreation administration.
The assignment is established to assess, plan and implement organizational and operational changes necessary to prepare the City's transition and staffing expansion of public-safety, emergency-response, traffic, and public services, workforce, increased infrastructure, and service-delivery impacts associated with a large-scale development project that requires increased public services.
