The organization serves youth by offering practices, skill development, competitive sports opportunities, mentorship, and positive activities that help keep kids engaged, active, and connected to their community
Year One: Foundation, Growth, and Stability
During the first year, High Desert Redemption will focus on building a strong foundation for the organization, increasing youth participation, improving program structure, and creating a consistent practice and training schedule.

Goals for Year One
High Desert Redemption will work to provide regular youth sports practices and development sessions throughout the year. The organization will focus on creating a reliable schedule that allows youth to train during the week and participate in games, tournaments, or community events on weekends when available.

The organization will also continue recruiting volunteer coaches, team parents, and community supporters to help provide supervision, instruction, and mentorship for the youth. Background checks and safety procedures will be maintained for all adults working directly with minors.

Another major goal will be to reduce the financial burden on families by seeking in-kind donations, fee waivers, sponsorships, and community partnerships. This support will help cover the cost of facility use, lights, equipment, uniforms, practice jerseys, and tournament-related expenses.
