Present: Mayor Lara, Mayor Pro Tem Voigt, Council Member White, Council Member Martinez, Council Member Fenn A.1 Conference with Legal Counsel Regarding Potential Initiation of Litigation Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(4).

Approval of all Ordinances and Resolutions to be read by title only.
D.1 PLAN2024-0068 Zoning Code Update Workshop #3 – Capital Improvement Project (CIP) CD-04 City Council Workshop to review the Public Review Draft Zoning Code and Map. 2024 Strategic Plan - Target #3 Economic Development/Downtown, Priority Level #3, Goal #6 to revisit the City’s Municipal Codes and Zoning.
Council had discussion and gave input on items for further research. Additional feedback and comments will be accepted up until the next review.
Provide comments to staff related to the Public Review Draft of the Zoning Code and Map.
E. ADJOURNMENT at 7:07 p.m.
The next regular meeting of the Beaumont City Council, Beaumont Financing Authority, the Beaumont Successor Agency (formerly RDA), the Beaumont Utility Authority, the Beaumont Parking Authority and the Beaumont Public Improvement Agency is scheduled for March 18, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. unless otherwise posted.
