C.1 Public Works Agreement for the Construction of the FY25 Annual Citywide Street Improvements – Capital Improvement Project No.

2 Award a Public Works Agreement (PWA) to Vance Corporation (Contractor) in the amount of $3,008,828.47 for the construction of the FY24/25 Annual Citywide Street Improvements (Project).
Motion by Mayor Pro Tem Voigt
Second by Mayor Lara
To award and authorize the Mayor to execute a Public Works Agreement (PWA) to Vance Corporation for the construction of the FY24/25 Annual Citywide Street Improvement Project, in an amount not to exceed $3,008,828.47; and,
Approve a ten percent (10%) contingency of $300,883 for a total not to exceed $3,309,711.47 and authorize the City Manager to sign off on any change orders within the authorized contingency amount; and, Authorize the issuance of a purchase order to Vance Corporation in the amount of $3,008,828.47 for construction of the project.
