Present: Mayor Lara, Council Member White, Council Member Martinez, Council Member Fenn Mayor Pro Tem Voigt joined closed session at 5:11 p.m.

B.1 Conference with Legal Counsel Pending Litigation – Significant Exposure to Litigation Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 (d)(2) or (3) No reportable action
C. ACTION
C.1 Request from Corporate Credit Inc., as the Assignee of Tesla’s Rights, that the City File a Form 990-T for a Tax Credit of $1,265,679.76 for Tesla’s Battery Project at the City of Beaumont’s Wastewater Treatment Plant
Federal Tax Credit of $1,265,679.76
Motion by Council Member Martinez
Second by Council Member Fenn
Authorize the City Manager to execute the IRS forms including: IRS Form 990-T (Exempt Organization Business Income Tax Return) with attached Form 3800 and Form 3468; and IRS Form 8879-TE (E-file Signature Authorization)
Approved by a unanimous vote
