CLOSED SESSION
A. CALL TO ORDER at 8:03 a.m.
Fenn will meet Council at the Closed Session location
Present: Mayor Voigt, Mayor Pro Tem White, Council Member Martinez, Council Member Fenn, Council Member Lara At the conclusion of the regular meeting on January 6, 2026, the City Council adjourned/continued this regular meeting to 8:00 a.m. on January 13, 2026, in accordance with the Brown Act including, but not limited to, Government Code Section 54955. The location of the adjourned regular meeting is being held at 550 E. Sixth Street, Beaumont, CA except when the City Council adjourns to Closed Session. When the City Council adjourns to Closed Session, the Closed Session location will be the Holiday Inn Express, 1864 Oak Valley Village Circle, Beaumont, CA. A notice of this adjournment has been posted within 24 hours of the adjournment, at or near the door of the City Council Chambers located at 550 Sixth Street, Beaumont, CA. The adjourned regular meeting on January 13, 2026, will be a regular meeting for all purposes and an agenda has been posted in accordance with the Brown Act, including, but not limited to Government Code Section 54954.2.
