A. CALL TO ORDER at 5:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor Voigt, Mayor Pro Tem White, Council Member Martinez, Council Member Lara, Council Member Fenn Action of any Requests for Excused Absence

C. ACTION ITEMS
Approval of all Ordinances and Resolutions to be read by title only.
C.1 Fiscal Year 2027 Citywide Budget and Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan This item is to review the proposed Fiscal Year 2027 Citywide Budget and Five-Year Capital Improvement Plan and provide staff direction.
Schedule an additional meeting on May 21st at 4:00pm. Discussion of considering different options to the forecasting scenarios. Council sponsorships to be brought back for review. A future agenda item to discuss Council benefits.
Review the proposed FY 2027 budget and provide guidance to staff prior to bringing the budget back for City Council consideration and adoption.
D. ADJOURNMENT at 7:09 p.m.
The next regular meeting of the Beaumont City Council, Beaumont Financing Authority, the Beaumont Successor Agency (formerly RDA), the Beaumont Utility Authority, the Beaumont Parking Authority and the Beaumont Public Improvement Agency is scheduled for May 5, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. unless otherwise posted.
