PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
June 24, 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Bell will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, in the Bell Community Center located at 6250 Pine Avenue, Bell, CA 90201.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to comply with Government Code Section 3502.3 (Assembly Bill 2561), which requires public agencies to present the status of vacancies, recruitment, and retention efforts at least once per fiscal year at a public hearing prior to the adoption of the annual budget. This hearing is informational. All interested parties are encouraged to appear and be heard on this item. A copy of the budget is currently available on the City’s website: https://www.cityofbell.org/home
In effort to comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City requires that any person in need of any type of special equipment, assistance, or accommodation(s) in order to communicate at the public hearing, must inform the City Clerk’s Office by calling (323) 588- 6211 ext. 2615, a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.
