OF THE BELL MOBILE HOME PARK IMPACT REPORT AND
RELOCATION PLAN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held regarding the proposed approval of the Impact Report and Relocation Plan for Bell Mobile Home Park, located at 4874 E Gage Ave., Bell CA 90201, and the associated Mobile Home Park Impact Report and Relocation Plan prepared pursuant to California law.

The Impact Report and Relocation Plan is available for pickup at City Hall, 6330 Pine Avenue, Bell CA 90201 between 8am to 4:30pm, or online at www.cityofbell.gov All interested community members are invited to attend the public hearing and provide oral or written testimony concerning the proposed Impact Report and Relocation Plan.

Comments should be received no later than September 10, 2026, to ensure consideration prior to the hearing.
