to city council .
when was last time that the city of bellflower actually verified that each business in bellflower has a business license.
if you remember approximately 15 years ago when I brought the attention on legal non conformity issue on housing which was slowly corrected to the best ability with the help of city manager and city council alot of changes happened for the better.
then we had the vacant commercial building creation from the prior city council juan vegas as I mentioned detriot had this type of rule.
city council memebers you have alot of businesses who operate without a valid business license and the local staff should go building to building which company has business license. you can do this simple by having the owner of the building report how many business are at their building and the name of the business.
also the secretary of state of california has a list of all corporations llc etc who has a business in bellflower. hope you look in this issue thanks ken letourneau
