Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.3(a), the public may address the City Council on matters listed on the Agenda. Each speaker will be given three (3) minutes to address the City Council.
4 STUDY SESSION
A Consideration and possible action to approve the recommended changes to the enforcement process of applicable codes carried out by Code Enforcement personnel; and adopt Resolution No. 22-56 - A Resolution adopting a general policy regarding enforcing applicable law including, without limitation, the Bellflower Municipal Code and directing the City Manager and City Attorney to implement such policy as is practicable; and superseding Resolution No. 08-64.
Recommendation to City Council: 1) Approve the proposed changes to the code enforcement process; and 2) Adopt Resolution No. 22-56; or 3) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
