EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Resolution No. 23-31 and Resolution No. 23-32 are on the August 14, 2023, Regular City Council Meeting agenda which, if adopted, would establish the adjusted salaries and benefits for represented and unrepresented employees during the 2023 – 2025 biennial budget period. The salaries for the City Manager and City Clerk are not considered in the aforementioned resolutions since they are contracted employees.

The amendments attached to this Staff Report would also provide a 3.2% COLA for the City Manager and City Clerk. If these amendments are approved by the City Council, these recommendations would take effect retroactively on July 1, 2023.
