The U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires that the City annually submit a Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER), summarizing its activities and expenditures supported through the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership funds (HOME).

8 The 2022-2023 CAPER was available from September 11 – September 25, 2023 for public review and comment.
The public notice was duly published in the local Newspaper.
Following HUD’s review and approval, the CAPER will be finalized and posted on the City’s website.
9 Recommendation:
(1) Open the Public Hearing, take testimonial and documentary evidence; and after considering the evidence, adopt Resolution No. 23-44 or
(2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
