BACKGROUND

The California Contract Cities Association’s 2024 Sacramento Legislative Tour is scheduled for January 8-10, 2024, which conflicts with the January 8, 2024, City Council Meeting.

Staff has confirmed that there are no known conflicts at this time and verified that there are no public hearings or other matters that cannot be postponed until January 11, 2024.

Taking action at this time would allow ample public notice and allow staff sufficient opportunity to timely schedule items for the City Council Agenda.
