Remove the requirement for the wall enclosure and leave the façade as-is but still require staff to review the final plans Change the operating hours from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily to 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily Improvements to the existing block wall are contingent upon a property survey and require existing signage on the wall to be a separate condition

Modify CU 86-28 by converting an existing full-service carwash to an automated express carwash Demolish 1,127-square foot restaurant & lounge

Daily operating hours of 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Site provides sufficient vehicle queuing at 22 vehicles Recommended project condition to limit customer parking to 8 minutes Noise Study:
Project noise levels will not perceptibly increase the overall ambient sound level or require mitigation measures Conditional Use Permit:
The project meets all four findings as outlined in Resolution No. 24-22, as conditioned.
8 Recommendation
Open the public hearing; take testimonial and documentary evidence; and after considering the evidence, adopt Resolution No. 24-22; or
Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
