A Consideration and possible action to adopt 1) Resolution No. 24 -49 – A Resolution providing for the appointment to the offices of Council Member District 2 and Council Member District 4 that were scheduled for election on Tuesday, November 5, 2024; and 2) Resolution No. 24-50 – A Resolution cancelling the General Municipal Election scheduled for Tuesday, November 5, 2024, for Council Member District 2 and Council Member District 4, pursuant to Elections Code Section 10229.
Recommendation to City Council: 1) Adopt Resolution Nos. 24-49 and 24-50; or 2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
