Subject: John Mielke - Eagle Scout Permit Waiver Request Hello Ms. Oba,
l would like to make a request for the waiver of fees of the Building Permit and Electrical Permit of my Eagle Scout Project. The purpose of the build is to impact the students at St. John Bosco High School, by providing them the opportunity to create their own sound with a newly constructed Recording Studio and Tech Control Room. Since it is an Eagle Project, it is primarily a volunteer effort, and we are doing our best to keep fees low.

For some background, I have been working with a licensed architect regarding the planning for the project, and we have examined the site thoroughly with the help of an electrical and structural engineer. After visiting the Pianning Office several times, we have made much progress in the Permit process, and this is the last part to be completed in order to go through with the project. I have gotten all of the Scouting and School approval needed for the project as well. Nonetheiess, thank you for your encouragement for this project, and I look fonlvard to hearing from you soon!
