Background
Business & Operations:
–Mirame Sports Cantina & Restaurant will offer a
blend of American cuisine with a Spanish fusion
twist, coupled with a full bar featuring specialty
cocktails, craft beers, and premium spirits
Proposed Entertainment
Live Musical Performers:
–No permanent musical persons or groups
–Types of music and musical instruments will vary
based upon the performer(s)
–Performers may vary from 1 to 12 musicians
–Performer(s) will be located in the prescribed
“performance” area of the restaurant area
Proposed Enterainment
DJs and Karaoke :
–A DJ booth will be located in the restaurant area
where two to three DJs will play recorded music
–DJs will play recorded music for the purposes of
allowing guests to sing along with lyrics (Karaoke)
played on screens
Dancing:
–Dancing will be restricted to the area directly in
front of the performance area while both live music
or recorded music is played
Proposed Hours & Security
Hours of Operation:
–General - Sunday through Saturday
10:00AM to 2:00AM
–Entertainment – Monday through Sunday
8:00PM to 2:00AM
Security:
–Controlled access for patrons through the front
entrance ‘only’ fronting Bellflower Boulevard
–Camera system installed throughout the
establishment to monitor key areas
–Added security utilizing trained security personnel
will be employed during peak hours and special
events

Recommendation
1.Open the public hearing, take testimonial and
documentary evidence, and after considering the
evidence, adopt Resolution No. PC 25-08; or
2.Alternatively, discuss and take other action related
to this item.
