SUBJECT: Consideration and possible action to conduct a public hearing to authorize the recording of a Notice of Special Assessment for Nuisance Abatement Against the Owner of 9103-9121 Artesia Boulevard.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Property Owner has recently retained new counsel. They are requesting a continuance to prepare for the upcoming public hearing. There is no risk to the City for continuing this matter for two weeks as requested by the property owner.
RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL:
It is recommended that the City Council consider:
1. Continue the public hearing to the February 9, 2026 , City Council Meeting; or
2. Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
