SUBJECT: Consideration and possible action to authorize the City Manager to execute Agreement File No. 1127 with M. Wilson Company
Contractors, Inc. for On-Call Electrical Maintenance Services.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This action would authorize the City Manager to execute Agreement File No. 1127 with M. Wilson Company Contractors, Inc. (M. Wilson) for on-call electrical maintenance services in an amount not-to-exceed $150,000 for a three-year term.
RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL
1) Authorize the City Manager to execute Agreement File No. 1127 with M. Wilson Company Contractors, Inc., in a form approved by the City Attorney; or 2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funding for maintenance services is included in the Public Works Maintenance and Operations Budget for fiscal year 2025-26 under various Building and Grounds Maintenance accounts.
DISCUSSION
The City requires on-call electrical maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting services to ensure City facilities remain operational, safe, and compliant with applicable codes. Electrical systems periodically require maintenance, upgrades, and emergency repairs to support facility operations and public safety. M. Wilson will provide these services on an as-needed basis, including all necessary labor, materials, tools, and equipment. The agreement will be retroactively effective November 21, 2025 through November 20, 2028, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $150,000, with work authorized through individual Task Orders.
