SUBJECT: Consideration and possible action to continue the public hearing relative to a potential Purchase and Sale Agreement with Bellflower 5 Inv LLC for the disposition of real property located at 9855 Flower Street (APN 7109-013-032).

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The public hearing relative to the potential Purchase and Sale Agreement with Bellflower 5 Inv LLC (the “Buyer”) was scheduled and publicly noticed for the March 23, 2026 City Council meeting. However, due to continuing negotiations with the Buyer, staff i s requesting the public hearing be continued to the next City Council Meeting on April 13, 2026.
RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL
1) Continue the public hearing to April 13, 2026;
2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
FISCAL IMPACT
None.
PUBLIC NOTICE
On March 6, 2026, a Public Hearing Notice was posted at City Hall, Brakensiek Library, Bellflower Substation, Thompson Park, Simms Park and on the City’s website; also on March 6 and March 13, 2026, a Public Hearing Notice was published in the Los Cerritos Community newspaper.
