SUBJECT: Consideration and possible action to authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 6 to Agreement File No. 917, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with BOA Architecture for additional design services and construction support services.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This action would authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 6 to Agreement File No. 917 with BOA Architecture (BOA) to provide additional design services and construction support related to the Aquatic Center improvements. The amendment increases the total not-to-exceed contract amount to $71,000.
RECOMMENDATION TO CITY COUNCIL
1) Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 6 to Agreement File No. 917, in a form approved by the City Attorney; or
2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funding for these services is included in the Public Works budget under Capital Improvement Project Budget Account No. 011-47220-9000. Amendment No. 6 adds $11,000 to the agreement, bringing the total not-to-exceed amount to $71,000.
DISCUSSION
The City entered into Agreement File No. 917 with BOA Architecture to provide design services for Aquatic Center improvements, including pool re-plastering, filter replacement, and related construction support. Amendment No. 6 provides additional design and construction support services necessary to complete the project, including ventilation design, ADA ramp design, and related engineering services, and increases the agreement amount to $71,000.
