Dear Member of the City Council,
I apologize for not being able to be at the meeting in person. To provide context as to why I did not speak in front of you all, I haven't had any abilityto hearfrom my left ear for almost 50 years and limited hearing from my right ear. As such, I have to use my limited hearing and my abilityto lip read to communicate effectively. I lookforward to the opportunityto speak with all of you on a one on one basis. When I attended the meeting several months 'aack, the acoustics and my inabilityto understand allthat was being said made me nervous to stand in front of you all and misunderstand or say something that did nottrack the conversation.
I tru: t that Larry Thacker will speak on my behalf. We have worked in cannabis and bu; i less together for almost 10 years at this point.
