Hi,
I would like to put in a vote for changing to the proposed business license model. I have a very, small home-based business, that I do off and on. My business is one of those, "any business that does not fit into a category". Some years, I have not even made the $341 that the business license required. Though I am trying to grow my business, life gets in the way and some years I barely make anything. I totally agree with changing to the proposed model. It is not fair that small businesses have had the same license fee as the large companies, making way more revenue.
I appreciate you working on solving this problems for the Belmont businesses.
