Learn why this is important According to Fema in floodzone no underground parking is allowed for residential properties . Appears to me somebody did not check this for 580 Masonic way . AH 1 zone on 3 sides of the property .
How was this approved .
Any explanation will be appreciated . Or there will be repeat of Millenial towers and flooded underground garage.
Please check on firststreet.org for 504 wessex which is right behind 580 masonic .

Another stupid high rise project in comparison to surrounding area which is destroying Belmont. Just like the eight story one on Ralston.
All you Bay Area city councils should all get together and protest. No one wants these projects shoved down their throats. What do you think is going to happen with utility services, schools, traffic, etc. Already you have to stay away from Ralston and El Camino after 3pm due to traffic.
