1. CALL TO ORDER
The Special Meeting of the Belvedere City Council was convened at 9:00 a.m. in the City Council Chambers by Mayor Jane Cooper.
2. ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Councilmember Kevin Burke, Pat Carapiet, Sally Wilkinson and Mayor Jane Cooper. Councilmember Peter Mark joined via Zoom ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Robert Zadnik, and City Clerk Beth Haener
3. PUBLIC COMMENT ON CLOSED SESSION AGENDA ITEMS
Mayor Cooper called for public comment and hearing none, closed the public comment.
4. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION
Before Council adjourned to the closed session, Councilmember Sally Wilkinson and Councilmember Peter Mark both stated for the record that their residences are within 500 feet of closed session item 5.A.(3) and therefore must recuse themselves from the item.

5. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION AND ANNOUNCE ACTIONS TAKEN IN CLOSED
SESSION, AS REQUIRED
City Council reconvened in Open Session and Mayor Cooper stated there were no actions taken in the Closed Session.
13. ADJOURN
With no further business on the agenda, Mayor Cooper adjourned the Special Meeting of the Belvedere City Council at 10:12 a.m.
