ACCESSING THE MEETING
1) CALL TO ORDER (6:30 P.M.)
Mayor Young called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

All Council Members were present.
4) ADMINISTRATION OF OATH OF OFFICE TO NEWLY ELECTED
OFFICIALS
Lisa Wolfe, City Clerk, administered the Oath of Office to Council Members Birdseye and Scott.
5) PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
6) REFERENCE TO THE FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS OF THE PUBLIC
7) REMARKS BY NEWLY ELECTED OFFICIALS
Council Members Birdseye and Scott commented on the election and thanked the voters and their families for their support.
8) NOMINATION AND ELECTION OF VICE MAYOR
On motion of Mayor Young, seconded by Council Member Campbell, Council approved, the nomination of Council Member Terry Scott for Vice Mayor, on a roll call by the following vote:
Ayes: Council Member Birdseye, Council Member Campbell, Council Member Macenski, Council Member Scott, Mayor Young
Noes: (None)
2 9) ADOPTION OF AGENDA
On motion of Council Member Macenski, seconded by Council Member Campbell, Council approved, the Adoption of the Agenda, as presented, on a roll call by the following vote:
Ayes: Council Member Birdseye, Council Member Campbell, Council Member Macenski, Council Member Scott, Mayor Young
