Ben Stock, City Attorney, reported the following actions:
• Council voted 5/0 authorizing the City Attorney to join the lawsuit City and County of San Francisco et al v. Donald J. Trump et al. Case Nol.25-CV-01350- WHO in the Northern District of California, to protect the potential withholding of federal funds based on the City’s adoption of the 2017 Welcoming Resolution. • There were no other reportable actions taken.
