Pursuant to Government Code Section 54953(e) and the state declared emergency, this meeting of the City Council will be conducted exclusively through teleconference and Zoom videoconference. The COVID -19 state of emergency continues to directly impact the ability of the members to meet safely in person and presents imminent risks to the health of attendees. Therefore, no physical meeting location will be available.

1. Modifying the 2022 City Council Meeting Schedule

Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution modifying the City Council regular meeting schedule for 2022, with starting times of 6:00 p.m., to reschedule the October 6, 2022 regular meeting to October 11, 2022.

2. Appointment of Director of Information Technology

Recommendation: Adopt a Resolution confirming the appointment of Kevin Fong as the Director of Information Technology to be effective September 18, 2022 at an annual salary of $205,000.
