Workers Compensation Appeals Board Case Number: ADJ15205205 Action: M/S/C (Arreguin/Wengraf) to authorize the City Manager to settle by Compromise and Release, or else in the alternative by stipulated award of permanent disability with Award of lifetime future medical care, as to workers’ compensation matter WCAB Case Numbers:
