George Chavez has announced that he will be retiring from the position of City Manager on December 31, 2022. The City Council will meet in closed session on Monday afternoon, June 20, 2022, to consider the potential appointment of a City Manager to succeed Mr. Chavez. The Council will also consider potential contract terms for the new City Manager.
If City Council consensus is reached regarding this matter, a draft agreement will be publically circulated on Monday evening and will be considered for approval at this point on the agenda.
