approval of future leases. No new fiscal

The lease extension will generate
$4,905,641.52 in base rent from September
1, 2022 through August 31, 2027 as well as
an estimated cost recovery of $46,571.74 in
building operating expense increases from
the base year established in the lease. There
is no request for funding at this time.
