My name is Barbara Pizik and I am the neighbor most impacted by the proposed project.
I have sent a letter outlining my concernsI wish to emphasize two points:
I am in concurrence that the plans should be sent out to an independent expert now instead of later.
And when this project is approved I respectfully request the following words be added to Condition 3 “Prior to the decision of the Director of Community Development, the Construction Management and Parking Plan be submitted to the immediate neighbors for review ,comments and suggestions . We weren’t involved at all in 9171 and this project has been ongoing for almost 4 years -

Dear City Council,
Please recommend the Revocation Ordinance goes to the Planning Commission for input.
It seems only right that if an Applicant receives their R-1 permits or variances based upon materially incorrect, missing, or misleading information, that there should be a mechanism for reevaluating the project and recommending extra mitigation measures if deemed appropriate.
The current system of a 14-day appeal period is simply not enough time to properly investigate issues, and in some cases, issues only come to light long after the 14-day appeal period has passed.
