RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council appoint Ms. Pam Kraushaar to the Human Relations Commission to fill the position of late Chair Rhoda J. Sharp.
Ms. Kraushaar’s term will commence on January 1, 2023 and end on December 31, 2025. After her initial two-years, she will be eligible for reappointment per Beverly Hills Municipal Code Section 2-2-105 for another four-year term.

This report transmits a formal request to appoint Ms. Pam Kraushaar to the Human Relations Commission for the term provided.
DISCUSSION
Staff presented the Human Relations Commission Interview Panel Report to the City Council at the Study Session of November 1, 2022. This action will approve the appointment presented to the City Council at this meeting.
