RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council reappoint Kathy Melamed to the Charitable Solicitations Commission, Terri Smooke to the Design Review Commission, Helena M.
Rosenthal to the Health and Safety Commission, and Noelle Freeman to the Human Relations Commission for a second term of four years each as follows:

The Study Session staff report was presented to the City Council on December 13, 2022. This action will approve the City Council direction for the reappointments at that meeting.
