This item is a request by Councilmember Mirisch for the City Council to approve a position of support on both Proposition 1, an amendment establishing an individual’s right to reproductive freedom, and Proposition 31, a referendum on Senate Bill 793 (Hill, 2020) — Flavored Tobacco Products (“SB 793”).
