RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council appoint Mr. Lou Milkowski to the Planning Commission to replace outgoing Commissioner Peter Ostroff whose term ends on December 31, 2023.
Mr. Milkowski’s initial two-year term will commence on January 1, 2024 and end on December 31, 2025. He will be eligible for reappointment per Beverly Hills Municipal Code Section 2-2-105.
INTRODUCTION
This report transmits a formal request to appoint Mr. Lou Milkowski to the Planning Commission for the term provided.
DISCUSSION
Staff presented the Planning Commission Interview Panel Report to the City Council at the Study Session of August 15, 2023. This action will approve the appointment presented to the City Council at this meeting.
