Comment: On June 22, 2023, the Planning Commission adopted a resolution approving the construction of a new six-story, mixed use development with ground floor commercial uses and 105 residential dwelling units at 55 North La Cienega Boulevard. Subsequently, a timely appeal of the Planning Commission's decision was filed on July 5, 2023, by Lozeau Drury LLP, on behalf of Supporters Alliance for Environmental Responsibility ("SAFER").
