Mindy,
As we discussed, I am supportive as long as we have full access to the parking, alley and all doors to the bank and building lobby. We also need to make sure there is sidewalk access for pedestrians coming into the bank from both Canon and Wilshire.

Good Afternoon David,
Thank you for taking the time to meet with me today to discuss the proposed full closure of S. Canon Dr. that will be presented to City Council on Nov 7th.
As per our discussion, the driveway for the East/West Bank building will remain accessible during the closure. The sidewalks on S. Canon Dr. between Wilshire Bl. and the alley, as well as the entrances to the bank and office building will also remain accessible during this phase of construction.
Please let me know if you have any further questions that can be addressed before the Nov 7th City Council meeting.
Attached is the notice for easy distribution to your staff, colleagues and clients.
All best,
Mindy

Thank you for taking the time to meet with me this afternoon to discuss the details for the proposed full closure of S. Canon Dr. in early January.
As per our discussion, your driveway and the alley on S. Canon will remain accessible at all times during this phase of construction.
Please let us know if you have any further questions or comments that can be addressed before this is presented to City Council on Nov 7th.
I'm attaching the notice for this work so you can easily share it with your tenants.
All best,
Mindy
