There is not a single positive contribution of this project to our neighborhood. As such, we are vehemently opposing this project.

As homeowners who care about our neighborhood and the value of our properties, we are asking you to seriously oppose the construction of this project.

Homeowners’s signatures for this petition can be provided.

procedure this late in the pregnancy. What followed was three days of excruciating emotional and physical pain. The first night I thought I was going to die. Somehow, I made it relatively unscarred.

The procedure was 21 years ago, my husband and I are still married. We have a beautiful 17- year-old young lady. I don’t believe that would be the case if we did not have the right to have the termination.

I also cannot think of a future where any young woman must go through something like that or be denied the right to choose when to have her family. It clearly shouldn’t have to be that way. Yet, the proposed clinic would only be the 14th clinic in the Nation to provide terminations after the 14th week of pregnancy.

In May 2022, the Beverly Hills City Council Members released a public statement in support of Reproductive Freedom. When Roe was overturned, Beverly Hills City Hall was lit up in pink as an act of protest. Yet the City succumbed to outside pressure. This is unacceptable!! We must not forget that Roe v. Wade was overturned because people dedicated to overturning the law tested its anti-abortion agenda policies county by county. The City of Beverly Hills should join the City of Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and surrounding cities to make sure that its residents as well as its practitioners have the right to provide the necessary healthcare to women seeking to terminate their pregnancies if such services are in accordance with US law.

The City of Beverly Hills should resolve the DuPont Clinic's situation so that they can open their doors asap and pass an ordinance prohibiting city agents and agencies from using city resources to cooperate with out-of-state entities related to abortions performed within the state of California.
