INTRODUCTION
The following Commissioners’ first two-year terms are ending on June 30, 2024 and they are eligible for reappointment to a second term of four years. The Commissioners have submitted correspondence indicating willingness to serve a second term from July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2028.

Dear Huma:
As my initial two-year term will soon expire, I’m writing to express my sincere desire to be reappointed to the Planning Commission.
The past two years have been perhaps the most personally and professionally rewarding of my career. I relish and deeply value the chance to give back to this remarkable City by working with my fellow Commissioners (currently as Vice Chair) to take action on projects large and small, some of which will significantly alter the cityscape, and would love to continue doing so. Also, I look forward to the leadership opportunities of assuming the role of Commission Chair in July if I am reappointed.
I respectfully request the City Council to extend my
Appointment.
