TO CONSIDER:
1. AN APPEAL OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION’S FEBRUARY 8, 2024 DECISION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW AND DENSITY BONUS PERMIT TO ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW EIGHT-STORY, MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT WITH GROUND FLOOR COMMERCIAL USES AND 56 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS AT 9229 WILSHIRE BOULEVARD; AND

Comment: On February 8, 2024, the Planning Commission adopted a resolution approving the construction of a new eight-story, mixed use development with ground floor commercial uses and 56 residential dwelling units at 9229 Wilshire Boulevard. Subsequently, a timely appeal of the Planning Commission's decision was filed on February 22, 2024, by Aria Ahdoot.
