INTRODUCTION
Provided for your review and approval are a list of proposed City Council meeting dates from January 2025 through April 2025.
DISCUSSION
Per the Beverly Hills Municipal Code, regularly scheduled City Council meetings are held on the first and third Tuesdays of the month. Any date changes to City Council meetings require Council approval.
The following alternate dates (marked with * on the list) are proposed due to holidays and other events that conflict with regular meeting dates:
- City Council Meeting: Propose Tuesday, January 28, 2025, instead of Thursday, January 16, 2025.
- City Council Meeting: Proposed Wednesday, February 5, 2025, instead of Tuesday, February 4, 2025.
- City Council Meeting: Proposed Wednesday, February 19, 2025, instead of Tuesday, February 18, 2025.
- City Council Meeting: Propose Tuesday, April 22, 2025, instead of Tuesday, April 15, 2025.
Background: Installation/Re-Organization
The dates for January 2025 City Council meetings were previously approved at the Tuesday, April 16, 2024, Study Session.

RECOMMENDATION
Staff respectfully requests the City Council to provide feedback on proposed dates and approve the schedule for January 2025 to April 2025. At the second meeting in April, a follow up report will be presented to schedule City Council meetings for the remaining calendar year.
