RECOMMENDATION
It is recommended that the City Council appoint Mr. Jeffrey Daniels, FAIA to the Architectural and Design Review Commission to fill the vacancy for outgoing Commissioner Mr. James Matson, FAIA, whose term will conclude on December 31, 2024. If approved, Mr. Daniels’ initial two year term will begin on January 1, 2025 and end on December 31, 2026. He will be eligible for reappointment to a second term of four years per Beverly Hills Municipal Code Section 2-2-105.
INTRODUCTION
This report transmits a formal request to appoint Mr. Jeffrey Daniels, FAIA to the Architectural and Design Review Commission for the term provided.
DISCUSSION
Staff presented the Architectural and Design Review Commission Interview Panel report to the City Council at the Study Session of December 10, 2024. This action will approve the appointment presented to the City Council at this meeting.
