In the context of the extension of her Employment Agreement through July 3, 2026, the Employment Agreement will also be amended to provide potential lease extensions through December 31, 2026 if she retires on July 3, 2026 and executes a release. The current agreement provides that Ms. Hunt Coffey will move out within sixty days of the termination of her employment with a potential extension of an additional thirty days.
