Comment: The City Council will consider resolutions to initiate the formation of Community Facilities District (CFD) No. 2025-1 for the One Beverly Hills project and make determinations that no further environmental review is required pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act. This action would establish the proposed district boundaries and improvement areas, describe the public facilities and services to be funded, and set the maximum special tax rates and bond amounts for a future landowner vote. This is the first procedural step in establishing a public financing mechanism that would be used to fund project-related public improvements through special taxes levied only on properties within the project site.
